As a clinician in the field of pediatrics for many years, becoming an Intermediate practitioner of the DMI family has brought my practice to the ‘next level’. The functional outcomes for families, and the ability to see neuroplastic changes during the therapy session make it an unmatched pediatric therapy intervention.
DMI is a specialized therapeutic technique to treat children with motor delay by improving automatic postural responses and promoting great progress towards developmental milestones. This comprehensive intervention incorporates current research on neurorehabilitation, technologies, and methodologies. DMI stimulates neuroplasticity to facilitate new neuronal connections and development of motor milestones.

What Parents Are Saying
Gracie
“I’ve always appreciated the loving professionalism that Kelly has carried throughout the entire time she’s worked with my daughter. She is constantly growing as a therapist, motivated by having all the tools possible to bring back to kids like my daughter. Aside from the incredible progress, she has been a part of for my daughter, her experience has supported me as a new parent to a child with cerebral palsy and other medical complexities.”

“We cannot say enough great things about Kelly! Our daughter is doing things that the doctors said she never would and it’s all because of her! Kelly has been life changing for us and we would not be where we are without her. Kelly goes above and beyond for her clients and we look forward to every session with her!”

“Words can’t express how thankful we are that we met Kelly. From day one she has always given us hope, confidence and excitement about our son’s progress and skills. Prior to our first intensive we were working on head and trunk control, and we left with just that, as well as the ability to weight bare through his legs! Our second intensive we left with sitting independently for a minute and STANDING against the wall for a few seconds! Besides the advancements in gross motor skills we have seen huge improvements with social emotional skills and language skills. We love miss Kelly and can’t wait to get back there for more!”

Mia
“Kelly has been working with Mia practically since she was born and for that we are truly lucky! Kelly has built such a beautiful relationship with Mia through her attention, thoughtfulness and caring demeanor. She is constantly creating new goals for Mia, and working with her to meet and surpass those goals. Kelly introduced us to DMI and it has been life changing. With DMI, we have all seen how quickly, sometimes it seems like overnight, Mia has mastered her goals. Kelly has taken Mia through every stage of baby and toddlerhood from turning, rolling, sitting, sit to stand, stand to sit and so on- and with each stage she took her time to explain the hows and whys of what she was working on. Through DMI, Mia has mastered how to crawl, walk, run, step on stairs, and balance all in less than a year. Kelly’s attentiveness shows, in the way she cares for her patients, the way she explains what she does as she’s working so parents can understand, and how she’s continually working on ways to push her patients. We highly recommend Kelly’s DMI therapy!”

She’s knowledgeable, passionate, and shows our son a lot of patience and care. We can’t thank Kelly enough for helping Liam achieve the motor skills he has today, and look forward to more gains!”
